Reservations - Ministry of Education
The Ministry of Education has blocked townhouse accommodations for participants who wish to stay on campus while marking. The Ministry is responsible for townhouse room and parking costs for the exam period ONLY. Markers should be familiar with the Ministry's expense policies.
- Reservations will be assigned based on the information received, on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations received after June 15, 2010 are subject to availability.
- A valid VISA or MasterCard must be provided on the reservation request. This card will be used for incidentals, accommodation/parking fees for dates requested outside of the exam marking period, and Simon Hotel requests.
- Room bookings are not guaranteed until a confirmation is sent to participants via email.
- SFU requires a minimum 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to reservations. Changes and cancellations made without a minimum of 48 hours notice are subject to a one night room charge to the exam marker making the change/cancellation.

*Upon check-in, guests must provide valid photo I.D. and the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
